i am about to swap a sr into a 89 240 and i was wonderin if i have to replace all the gaskets? also is there any major problems that i am goin to run into?

while doin the swap i am converting my auto tranny to a manual one, does it just bolt right up, and if not what are the main things i need to know about doin it?

i read somewhere that it is wise to replace all the gaskets, and a kit runs about 250$. i dont kno exactlly what gaskets, but i was just wondering if anyone has done the swap and had to replace the gaskets
