I have a '98 Camry LE 4-cylinder and want to sport out the exhaust. I want it so there are tailpipes on both sides of the car. How should I go about doing this?

someone with more knowledge please correct me if i'm wrong. you can only get duelies on V6s and up beause of the two rows of cylinders. on a V6, half goes out one side while half goes out the other.

You can plumb anything you want. Though most V6s with standard duels do it 6-2-2 instead of conventional 6-2-1.
It is possible to do a 4-1-2. May not be easy because of clearance but possible.
Best place to check would be a performance exhaust shop that would give you best advice on what a good setup would be.

Sport out your exhaust by getting a header-back or cat-back system installed... That would be your best bet. A dual exit setup on a 4-banger isn't the best idea in the world IMO.
