Want exhaust pipes on two sides - 98 Camrydschwartz46 11-09-2004, 01:32 AM I have a '98 Camry LE 4-cylinder and want to sport out the exhaust. I want it so there are tailpipes on both sides of the car. How should I go about doing this? IIwhitexb0iII 11-09-2004, 09:59 PM someone with more knowledge please correct me if i'm wrong. you can only get duelies on V6s and up beause of the two rows of cylinders. on a V6, half goes out one side while half goes out the other. amerikim 11-09-2004, 10:46 PM You can plumb anything you want. Though most V6s with standard duels do it 6-2-2 instead of conventional 6-2-1. It is possible to do a 4-1-2. May not be easy because of clearance but possible. Best place to check would be a performance exhaust shop that would give you best advice on what a good setup would be. wstsideconnection 01-13-2006, 04:24 AM I have a '98 Camry LE 4-cylinder and want to sport out the exhaust. I want it so there are tailpipes on both sides of the car. How should I go about doing this? you can get duelies on your 4 cyl camry and decent exhaust fitter should be able to custom the set up as i have a 1991 camry with custon 3 ince dulies Toysrme 01-13-2006, 12:23 PM So rice LoL! Bump the rice thread LoL! BlueFusion6851 01-14-2006, 09:06 PM Sport out your exhaust by getting a header-back or cat-back system installed... That would be your best bet. A dual exit setup on a 4-banger isn't the best idea in the world IMO.
