Sunday I finally got the Z onto a Dyno.

With a mysterious new problem... missfiring while under max boost, running rich and with my slipping clutch. Which by the way just went out today... don't work to well now. :lol:

1st run: 250rwhp 254rwtq

2nd run: 252rwhp 256rwtq

You'll have to take my for it for the time being, untill I can get a way to upload a scan of the dyno print out.

New ACT clutch, Fidanza 9.5lb flywheel are on their way. Should be here tomorrow. All orders were back ordered due to SEMA... so it took a while for shit to get anywhere.

Also, next item to be bought is a SAFC-2 so i can get tuned properly so I'm not uber rich. And upgrading to my Q45 90mm MAF sensor for extra power.

Dude at the dyno place says that with some proper tuning I should gain another 20whp. So with a larger MAF and tuning Maybe... MAYBE 30whp to be gained.

We'll see.

252 rear wheel horsepower, factor in 18% drivetrain loss... thats 297bhp. Damn.

The Z weighs 2300lbs stock. With my weight reductions I'm about 2000-2100lbs. Need to get it weighed to be sure.

I can't go more boost, T25 can only go 15psi hahah. That's all she's got.

Wow, i'm surprised that disco potato boosted you enough to put out that much power. Looks like that Whisper Lid can't come in too soon. I still think that weight won't be as much of a factor from a roll as you think it will be, but time will show the results, as i'll most likely be at your next meet to challenge you :D

T25 isnt disco potato.

a Garrett GT28R is the Disco Patatoe. it has whp rating of 300whp. however its super responsive. driving it feels like driving a n/a car. however rednecks T25 for some miraculous reason makes almost as much power as a GT28R.

example: sport compact car's project Silvia only made 195whp at 12psi with intercooler, exhuast, intake,

with the Disco patato running 15psi made 274whp

rednecks stock T25 put out a amazing 254whp at 15 psi. compariable to that of a disco patatoe.

That makes sense. Except for the spelling of potato lol.

I think it's mainly cause I have no A/C, Powersteering or a Fan on the motor.

Oh and a side note. The Clutch went out completely today. So 252whp with a totally uncool clutch is pretty impressive... along with the richness and missfirings.
