Rear door panel

I have a rattle inside the rear door. I need to remove the door panel. How do I do this?

Hayes manual says you have to remove the inside pull handle and THEN detach the trim panel clips at TWELVE (12) different retainer points "being careful not to distort the panel"! It also says: "pry only at the clip locations".

I would you suggest you get the manual so you can see the picture of the clip locations.
