I am having problems shifting, I have a 91 XJ sport 4.0. I had the same problem with my camaro. I need to know how to bleed the clutch on my jeep. Someone told me that it may be a warped clutch, I am hoping not. any information you can give me would be appreciated.

There should be a bleeder on the slave cylinder. make sure the master is full of fluid and have somebody pump the clutch and hold the pedal down just like bleeding brakes and open the bleeder to let any air out. Might have to do a few times and keep checking the fluid level.
