Hello, I need to replace a forward lateral link rod (rear suspension - drivers side) and I'm wondering if it is necessary to remove the transverse spring in order to replace the lateral link rod? Also wondering if the bushing itself is replaceable. Would appreciate any advice in this regard.

the bushings are not available separately , and I don't believe the transverse leaf needs to be removed to change the rod
