I was wondering if any of you guys know if the 95-99/newer eclipse Eibach Sportlines fit on my 90 Eclispe Gst??? If so, what is the proper way to install them...cause i recently bought them from my buddy and he told me that they should fit. I installed them today and gave it a test drive. The ride seemed okay until i heard a BIG "Clack" sound, the rear left shock seemed to pop up from it's socket and started making a knocking sound...What do you guys think? Help...

Sometimes the spring doesnt seat properly when you put the car back on the ground, and it takes a little bump or turn or something to knock it into place. If it only makes the noise once, its fine. If it does it again (from the same corner), be afraid. Very afraid. And those springs should worj fine with your GST, even NT springs. The GSXs need more spring rate though especially in the rear to account ofr the extra weight.

Thanks for the info...another question, i've installed the springs on my car a couple of days ago and i noticed that the top rubber piece that hold the shock/spring in place doesn't sit in correctly...the spring is sitting half way, the spring looks lopsided. what do you think i should do???

i would say take off the springs and get the ones that are made for your car. then you'll be sure and not to fuck anything up.
