Does anyone know how many GTOs came with AC and a 4 speed?

I have no specific data, but there are a couple of websites where you can get the data.

classicalpontiac.com

Both have comprehensive production data on the GTO.

According to the book Muscle Car History by Motorbooks International the 65's breaks down like this:

Go to the PONTIAC HISTORICAL SOCIETY with your VIN number and they will look it up and send you a copy of the build sheet and break it down further.
