if i take out the resonator on my 02 gp whill i have probs whit the rear o2 sensor?also how much will it change the sound?

Nope,it has nothing to do with the rear O2,It monitors the cat not the resonator.If you keep the stock mufflers it will sound a bit deeper.

To be honest, since our 3800 engine firing timing between the cylinders are so close together compared let's say to a V8 or a boxer engine the sound will be louder but will not be cooler. You want better sound you will only get it on these cars with headers and a catback system (A good one). The CATBACK will make up for the engine close firing timing among the spark plugs. Remember that our cars to burn "exahustgases" fire 2 times per cycle and that affects the car sound as well. The sound will not enhance that much on these babie's
