So i have been looking around the new jersey, new york area for a 95+ nissan 240sx manual for a couple months now. I have a budget so im looking for the right one. So last night i see a 1995 240sx just listed on an internet site, the guy only want 1800$ for it..1800 thats CRAZY!!! and its in almost perfect condition just has regular wear and tear. So i knew the car would sell quick so i convinced my girlfriend to drive me the next afternoon, it was an hour and 20 minutes away but we went to look at the car and possibly buy it. I call the guy and he says come on down. So we make the drive down, as where pulling up to the guys apartment i see the 240 out front, it was so sexy my winky got hard. It was beautiful, gold with tints, i could practicaly hear it calling my name.(i started day dreaming about all the things i was planning on doing to it) So i walk up and see this fukin 50 year old fat 5 foot 8 white guy leaning on it with another guy next to him. So i say im the guy that called before wich one of you owns the car? There was some mumble jumble of words as both guys talked and then i saw the fat white guy hold up the title and say its mine now, i bought it less than 5 minutes ago. !!!!!GOD DAMIT!!!!!! I was so pissed, i missed my dream car by 5 MINUTES!!! And heres the worst part, the fukin guy that bought it is buying it for his wife who already has the same exact car in automatic! he said "yea i think she might get a kick out of trying to drive manual". I was like aw this freaking guy sux balls. Then me and my girlfriend had to drive an hour and 20 minutes back home...ive been pretty depressed since i got home yesterday..:-( this blows....buy who knows maybe il find another one sooner or later...got keep my hopes up.. And sorry this post was so long.

man that sucks.. sounds kinda like one of my experiences.. only i drove 4 hours cause the guy said he'd hold it for me.. got there the next morning and he said he sold it the night before.. my buddy dragged me out of there cause i almost jumped over the guy's desk.. but don't be discouraged, you never know, that car might have had more wrong with it than what you knew.. almost sounds like too good to be true.. just be patient.. you'll join the club very soon i'm sure.. and as for that old man, shame on him. SHAME ON HIM. he thinks his wife will get a kick out of driving manual?? i would have said i'll get a kick out of beating your ass if you don't walk away right now

Dude, you're never going to get a deal like that again. A 95+ 240sx for $1800? That's just insane!!! I would have grabbed the title out of that fat dude's hand and then kicked his ass and drove the car away. But that's just me. I'm nuts.

I put my family of 4 in a car, one kid is 3 and one kid is not even 1 year old, drove 3 hours away because I talked to him on the phone and he said, everything is great with this chrysler sebring convt. and I said okay, we drove out there and test drove the car, I couldnt believe he had the nerve to say the signal blinker works, it was the most piece of shit i ever saw. The principle behind it, people are full of shit when it comes to phone calls and driving a distance to see a car that you wanted. I ll kick his ass and thank god I didnt because I ll be sleeping on the bars with the rats running around in the cell.

Theres this asian guy who goes to DGTrials DOW who has two s14s zenkis. the one he uses is stock, black, 4 lug, stick, etc. He told me he has another one that he purchased for $2400 and said he maybe willing to sell for a price about $3000 or so. I'm assuming since he chose the 4 lug one as the keeper, that the one for sale is also 4 lug and maybe in worse condition. He's the guy with Michigan license plates who just moved here a month or two ago.

Is it a sitck? no. so it's 600 bucks? well we want to get it out of the yard so we can sell it for 300. ok I'll take it. then Ivan comes *(&^#*&^*, *&^(*&^. 3 weeks later I call you still have it? ya, told you it wasn;t going anwhere. sweet be there this weekend. *go with trailer(rented) to pick it up* get there it is perfect with only a minor crinkle. and then she tells me ya some guy came by and overed me 500 for it but I already agreed to sell it to you for 3 so you are lucky. I drove home with the car :) I love the south. It was in AL.

MY story now. OK, My crack-head friend has a 91 240sx SE hatch, manual trans, Hicas package. He tells me it needs a clutch and he wants $2000. I tell him I have to think about it. A week later he calls me telling me he needs the money bad (he needed to buy some crack) and says I can have it for $700. Again, I tell him I have to think about it. Later that same night he calls me yet again and says he REALLY needs the money and will sell me the car for $300...YES thats right $300!!! I tell him to come over with the title because I have the money in hand. The next morning I had the car (see my sig) and he didn't have one penny of the money I gave him. Now for the best part. The car didn't even need a clutch......it only needed a clutch slave ($40). Two yrs later, I still have my 240. SWEET!!!!
