Could be the switch, fan motor, a relay, the wiring, or the connections.

This is just one of those things you have to look at and figure out.

Looking for and figuring out electrial problems are not fun.

That task requires time, effort, and knowledge.

Your problem might not even be an AC problem.
Does the fan operate on high only when using the vent or heat?
Try to isolate the component.

Or you could just spend money on the parts you "suspect" starting
with the cheapest, or by going to the junk yard for your
"replace this and that" quest.

most likely cause would be the blower resistor.it controls speed of the blower but doesn't affect hi speed
