2000 Rodeo LS - Half my windows will go down but not up and the other half is vice versa, except for the driver side window, won't go up OR down. def. a switch problem I think, cuz each window works fine with it's own separate button(except for driver side)....found a new master switch for $250 from dealer,(OUCH)...

How do i take the old one out? Do I have to take the whole door panel off?
I can slide the thing around abit, but I don't see a cover for a screw or anything and I don't want to force it off and break something...anyone???
