So I promised you guys a story today. Here it is. My buddy Dustin has one monstrous F250. I don't know all the specs on it but I just no this is one Country Killer you wouldn't want to tangle with (sorry about the country talk, just caught up). It has few bully dog performance parts here and there. But I do know that it has 500HP and about 900ft/lbs of Torque!!! Also, he has some spray hooked up in there. Incredibly fast.

Alright now that that's out of the way. All week long friend kyle has been wanting to run his Lude against his truck. Not the same Lude driver that doesn't know how to drive. Kyles a much better driver, and his car is way faster than the other guys too. So Kyle has been talking up his car, jokingly telling Dustin that he could blow him away.

Alright, Dustin decided that they should make it an official race. Kyle's Prelude vs Dustins F250. It was late Saturday night and I had parked my Civic to go hop in with Dustin and Kyle followed us until we found ourselves a light to race at. It didn't take us too long before found the right time.

Kyle pulled up the passenger side where I was sitting and started talking shit to me. In a joking way. I just smiled and shrugged my shoulder. Then I looked over at Dustin, did the whole Vin Diesel thing, "Smoke Him", then looked back to Kyle and smiled. He looked forward and got himself ready. Revved his car to about 3000rpm and waited patiently for the light. Dustin had his foot on the Brake and gas just waiting as well.

Soon enough we Launched. I tell you the power behind that F250 was unlike anything I've ever been in. It didn't match up to the feeling of the Z I was in, but the torque was another thing. I could just feel it twist off the line, leaving a cloud of white smoke behind us. Kyle had already jumped about a car length on us. But when we had reached about eighty, we easily were starting to catch him, then we just coasted by, I waved and tipped my hat off to him. It was a pretty decent race.

I looked at Dust and he just said, "Didn't even try..." I was astonished. Your kidding me. He just shook his head. Said he was just playing with him. I don't know. I wasn't driving. Maybe he was BSing, maybe he wasn't. But we soon met up with Kyle after the race and Dustin just ripped on him for a good hour or so. Well, the story is, if your racing a modded Ford, your F'd. Just kidding. But it was a good race. And I'm not a ford guy. More of a Pontiac guy myself, besides the story. Well, I'd like to know what yall think. Yeeeehawwww!!! Late....

i believe i have seen those trucks run in the high tens or something like that. they are incredible machines.

when stacy (that guy on trucks) worked on one i was amazed when i saw the amount of power he was pulling out of the monstrous engine.

Did you happen to see that, what is it, Gale Banks edition? Man that Ford was just eatin up the road like it was spaghetti. Dustin's Ford is one of the few exceptions I can make for a Ford. But I heard they are extremely easy to get the HP up there. I don't know. Late....

gale banks? i dunno what that means. i believe on they show as you stated they used some bully dog parts. also had both nitrous and propane injection. they used some programmable tuner as well.

I got a vid of a F250 running 11.4, Thing took off the line like a damn monster.

I still wouldn't be happy for beating a truck, its 2 or 3x more heavy in weight.

03-04 diesels have 325 hp and 560torque 05(in F-series) 570 torque. 01-02 diesels have 250hp and 525 torque.
