I have a 97' 4WD SR5. I was thinking of putting on some 20" rims with low pro. tires. Is there anything that I should be concerned about when I'm putting these on, like the brakes, suspension, etc...

Should be fine. You can expect a pretty bumpy ride.

How much did it cost you to replace them, and did you have low pro tires?
