God, that question is so broad... try narrowing it down. Each canidate is easy to mod. Depends on what you prefer looks and driveline wise.

If all driver's are professionals, I'd give it to the cobra.

The Sti can run like 13 flat, but if you compare its trap speed to the Cobra, I'm pretty sure it's obvious who would win after the 1/4 mile. I'd say the Cobra, Horsepower TV got a baseline of 363hp (I think), and with a programmer and smaller pulley got up to 418hp or something close to that. That's a very big gain for not much $$.

Go buy all 5 and report back to us in 6 months...
