If I want to rebuild my alternator and want to increase the output to around 100 AMPs. What all do I have to change, the Diode Trio, rectifier, voltage regulator, Brushes and everything. Or can I just do one thing. I have to replace my brushes anyway.

By the way it is a Motorcraft 75 AMP Ford G2 Series IR/EF I reman kit cost $35 from alternatorparts.com, know anywhere cheaper.

Part #F1-5052 Kit Contents:

1- Brush holder assembly
1- OEM rated Rectifier
1- Regulator
1- Front bearing
1- Rear bearing
1- Step-by-Step Instruction

You CANNOT increase the amperage output with ANY of those parts. To do that, you need a new higher-output (fewer turn) field winding set. You are better off getting a higher output alternator to start with.
