I have 1996 isuzu rodeo signal lights and power windows keep on blowing up need help

The exact same thing is happening to my 2000 Passport. The AC fan, blinkers, and power windows all go out when the fuse flows. It's a 15 amp mini fuse inside the truck. The label on the fuse box diagram is ELECTRIC IGN.

Does anybody have any ideas to help?

Had the same problems with my wife's 99 passport, and after several fuses I had to replace one of the rear brake lights- don't know if the fuses blowing casued it or vice versa, but soon as I replaced it I haven't had the fuse problem again. so I guess check all your lights?
