Someone told me the reason my A/C fan won't kick on in positions 1 and 2, but works fine in positions 3 and 4 is because my resistor coil is shot. Two questions:
1 - how do I get to the coil, is there a website or book that will show me how to get to it.

2 - is there somewhere online I can buy the part?

Hi, you can get an A/C resistor blower the local Honda dealer for $33.01 +tax. I had the same problem with Honda civic 96 DX. The Chilton Honda repair manual, Page 6-11 (under chassis electrical) will show tho blower ic resistor located (it is located in the fornt passenger's right foot well area)
