My 2000 Venture continually shows outside air temp in the 30's to 40's even when its around 70 or 80 degrees. Does anyone know where the outside air temp sensor is located? Thanks.

its a $10 part from the dealer. it is attached by one screw to the passenger side vertical radiator support (in fron of the radiator), and is visible just as you open the hood. Its kinda down near the bumper. Its a black sensor with a point that sticks straight up and an electrical connector on the other end. Buy the new one, take out the mounting screw and make the swap. Easiest repair for these vans, and very common failure. Takes all of 5 minutes to swap out.

Thanks! I was thinking it was the gray colored sensor on the drivers side. She's working good now.

I've found that corrosion is the leading factor to this sensors failure. If you remove the sensor and clean the rust from the contacts, it usually fixes the problem
