may have found a car?

well, I may have found a car, the price is really reasonable, and it's in decent shape. the body looks to be good, but the interior is rough, and the front windshield has a crack.
it has a v-8, and automatic (not sure which v-8 and trans, I've sent a emal to the sell, but haven't heard anything back yet) anyway, the problem is that the car is a '73, and I really would prefer a '72 or older. I like the angle of the 68-72 fenders better than the straight down front edge on the 73+. so here's my question, will 68-72 front fenders fit on a 73+? also, other than the front fenders and bumper placement, what other changes were made for the 73+ moddel nova's?
thanks,
Keith

I know its personal preference, but I like the small changed that were put on the 73 better then the 72. Most of the parts are interchangable, not 100% sure bout the fenders tho.

If its not a SS model, I'd bet money that its a 307 with a T350 in it. 307 may be a small motor, but it gives a HELL of alot of torque.

thanks,
I kinda agree. I don't mind the changes either, I've seen a few that are 73+ that look really sharp.
however, I'm wanting to get a car that is the same body style as the car my Dad had, and it was a 70 or 71. the 73 that I found would be a great deal, sense it is dirvable, and I could work on building it a little at a time, and not have to drop a lot of money into it just to get it going.

YES the fenders and the hood are all the same (68-74). my 72 has 74 fenders and hood on it but I put all of the 72 crome and grill back in it and I had no problems.
