I have a 99 Yukon with power mirrors. I have to replace the pass side. I want to put on factory heated mirrors. Can it be done? What will I need {wire harness, switch}? I know it was a option when you ordered leather interior and it was hooked up to the rear defrost switch. Any help would be great. Thanks

i have a 2000 gmc sierra --i would also like to add heated mirrors -- i know u need to add the defrost switch / climate control -- but is teh rest of teh circuit there already ?

yes it can be done, you probably have to do some wiring. Take the mirror off and look at the connector. If there are currently unused wired contacts then test them and see, what they do.
I added power extending camper mirrors with blinkers to my 2001 Yukon XL. Similar to adding a stereo with running new wires.
