It all depends on how clean the car is (interior, exterior, and engine bay). Even though you said it was just painted, it doesn't necessarily show how good of a paint job it was (not saying it's bad but there's no way of knowing unless people see pics). Like my buddies car for instance; it's a '95 LX and had a new paint job, but the guy who did it ripped him off and did a sh*tty job and now the rust is starting to come thru the pain. Also info on if the car's been in any accidents, if there's anything wrong with the car mechanically. If you want a real, good answer youi've got to give more info and something to see.

ok, the paint job was $700, but again, wihtout pics u mioght not appreciate it, the engine bay is pretty clean, no engine leaks, and shifts perfectly, 2 owners, bought when it had only 10,000 miles or something....the owner is an old man, been on the car, the inside looks pretty clean.
over all, if i had the money i would buy it...i am helping the old man sell it.

is 86,000 miles how much it has on it or how many miles the paint job has, if its actual car milage then its got very low miliage for that year civic and if the body looks good then u should be able to get a really good deal for it

real miles, i give the paint job about 2000 non-hwy miles
