air condition is cool on passenger side and rear, but driverside is blowing hot air?

there are two motors that adjust the temp (i assume you have dual zone a/c). The motor that moves the door from heat to cool is bad on that side.

I have this problem too. was thinking it was just misaligned door. but that is just specualtion on my part.
