Would adding an IC or BOV add any horsepower to my car without me tuning up the turbo? If so, how much would it had?

Yes an intercooler would increase your hp w/out upgrading your turbo. However, you would get expected result if you do replace your turbo. As for how much, get it tested on a dyno. What wrong with posting smart ass answers? :iceslolan

Search before you ask, since you KNOW you're a beginner, there is plenty of info how to modify your car correctly at the sticky.

If your car is currently stock, both a bov and an aftermarket intercooler will give you additional horsepower. The 2g stock bov leaks too much to hold boost, so you are losing power there. If you upgrade to a stock 1g or a Greddy Type S, etc. you will retain more boost.

An upgraded intercooler wouldn't really do much for you on a T25...your money could be better spent in other areas, in a different order, in that case. I have heard that significant gains occur on a 14b with a FMIC, so if you have a 1g DSM consider it. Check the DSMtuners.com upgrade path to decide what the most logical upgrade sequence is for your car.
