tachometer jumps around at will and does not work.Is this fixable or just replace with aftermarket? Right rear pop out window does not stay closed.Can't lock it out or in position, latch is gimped.Does anybody know what can be done to this????1994 sierra 4x4 xtra cab. Thanx
