Timing belt age - Way to tell with the #'s on it?

I just bought this 91 Accord which has 170,000 on. I took the valve cover and plastic belt cover off for inspection and the belt "looks" terrific. No cracks or seperation of any kind.

I have no idea when it was replaced last. The former owner (an older woman) has not a clue.

Main ? By the #'s on the belt is there a way to tell me when this belt was made? I know that won't tell me when it was installed but if it was produced in say 98, 00, 02 etc... that will at least give me an indication that it was done.

There is a smidgen of blue gasket sealer on each side (L& R) of the valve cover so that's an indication that the cover was taken off. That could have been just for the gasket though.

#'s are - 113RU24 with small 030, 031 and 032 then (looks like Honda part #) is 14400-PTO-004.
