i have a question...where is the fuel pump located in a 1991 GMC Sierra..help somebody!!

well i dunno much about the sierra..better yet trucks in general...the pump is in front of the gas tank ...if u cant find it its prolly inside....but hey i dont know this stuff ....just trying to help out

Sad to say its inside the tank a real p.i.t.a. to change but doable need to either drop the tank or if you live in non rust areas i.e. not wisconsin you can unbolt the box unscrew the filler hose etc and get four guys to sit it on the wheels and tank is right there. Ron
