Are you or any of the MAXC dudes going to make it to Tellico next weekend? Just curious

Synchro is going but I don't think anyone else is going to make it. I would love to but I simply don't have the cash right now. Have a great time! I'll be heading down there this summer sometime most likely.

I'm going to wait till you guys come back and say "We really tried to make it up (insert trail name here) but we couldn't," so that I can go down there afterwards and show you guys up. :)

I plan on taking the easier trails as my rig is pretty much stock. I know that a few others will be as well. Carlton, what trails are you planning on running? I plan on taking Trail 4 up to trail 6. A total of about 8 miles. That should be a good Saturday afternoon. After that is done, I might take trail 5 and trail 3 as well. I figured most of the trucks will have to take trail 4 at some time to get to the more difficult trails, so the better outfitted trucks will likely be there to help out in a jam for us stockers.

note to self: find hardest trial i can that requires a locker and such not, then convince MrT that he has to try it. :flipa:

I will try as a hard a trail as i feel comfortable running. no offense to anyone, but it will depend on my confidence level in my spotters, if i can get out if it gets bad and if anyone has proper recovery gear to get me out if it gets bad. if those things are there, then i will "try" most anything the X can handle.

BTW, I have a Upper Tellico OHV area topo map I ordered from the USFS. I am sure they are available at the Tellico ranger station which just so happens to be conveniently located on the way to Tellico.
