Lets say that you engine caught fire while driving because of the fuel rail recall, but you never got the recall letter... and the whole car is burned to ashes... what would happen then... will GM give you the cost of the car or you have to deal with you insurance.... and if you didn’t have full coverage....and you insurance refuses to do anything.... do you have the right to sue GM????
