I think he is referring to both stereo/interior mods as well as performance stuff. If you love the car and are certain you are going to keep it and pay for stuff to get fixed when it breaks, then go for it. If you intend to sell the car for parts or something as soon as a major problem comes up, you may want to wait until your next car for modifications. RADMANX 09-12-2004, 12:25 PM wow guys, he is talking about "hooking up" his car. not literally hooking something up. he means modding. sourcelx 09-12-2004, 07:11 PM i mean soopin it up, i want to know if its worth putting in performance parts in to it . I dont want to put money into a car that the engine might go bad as soon as i get it runnin fast. mustange kiler 09-12-2004, 07:27 PM its not save up and buy a car that is turboed your engine already has enugh wear on it if u were to be racing it it would not last that long sourcelx 09-12-2004, 07:30 PM thanks thats the type of info i was lookin for real_madridcf 09-13-2004, 10:17 AM If you think your car will not last for very long, then hooking it up is prob not a good idea. If you just cant stand having your car stock then i would suggest buying things that can be easily removed from your car, like universal products. If you are planning to buy the same kind of car you have now, then you could buy performance parts now and remove then when you decide to sell or trash your car. Hopefully this helps clear a few things up. Good Luck! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
