I have a 1994 dodge van. I am having problems with the cruise control. Testing with test light with motor running engage cruise switch there is no power on the hot side to the fuse holder. Does power go from the ignition switch to the ON switch of cruise then to the fuse box? Then out to all components.

I had trouble with cruise control and it turned out to be a vacuum hose that had rotted away. Replaced the hose and cruise control has worked fine ever since.
