has anyone had any luck fixing water leaks around the windows.

nope, welcome to rag-top leaky land, they all leak around the rear quarter windows, from the 80's to present

I figured out how to stop alot of the leakage, stuff some 3/16 od tubing into the vertical seal on the front edge of the 1/4 windows. it expands it a little so the seal meets the door glass tighter.
