Our former Olds dealer is gone, so I called Chevy dealer. They said would call me when parts arrived but forgot to call me. I called a month later, they had me in the next day. Took about an hour to do the work. New one is SSteel.

Its great knowing that this is fixed, so traveling (long distances)will not aggitate the fuel trail to become a statistic. My 96 had no symptoms but the Recall allowed me to get it done @ no cost to me:biggrin: I did read this fuel rail had problems. That it had cracked over the engine area. So... get it done now, (its free!)

:smile:Hey there Aurora fan...Also (if you can) call the person you bought the
Aurora from, and ask them if they got the RECALL notice in the mail? If not, try the dealer (your VIN # should do.

You can also go to mygmlink.com and make sure you have you car registered there. They also have an 800# you can find there to make sure. I haven't gotten the recall notice yet for my 95. I heard they only started sending them out in August for us.
