My horn no longer works, and I've checked the fuses that I can find. I wanted to check the horn itself for a loose connection or something, but I can't even find it in the engine compartment. Could someone clue me in on the location of the horn and any fuses that may apply?

Jack up the drivers side of the car. Under the fender there is a plastic sheild, take out the three 10mm screw and pull it back and you will see the horn. Some times It helps to take the horn out and tap it wih a hammer once or tiwce. Also snad down the connector for the power wire. Mine decided to quit working one day, I took it out and beat it on the gorund a few times. It worked fine for a month or so then it quit altogether. So it might just be better to replace it straight off.

There is a relay that controls teh horn also. When you find the horn, take a jumper wire and put 12v to the + terminal. If the horn blows, its a fuse or relay. If not beat on it a bit and try again. If it works after roughing it up, or still doesn't replace the horn. check the underhood relay center, on the firewall on most Corsicas for the location of the relay.

Actually the relay is in the fuse panel. You can easily hear it click when you hit the horn button.
