I have a 2002 Ranger with the 3.0. I have installed a Volant cold air intake as well as a Flowmaster muffler with a 2 1/2 " Aluminum pipe cat back system. The truck runs like a scalded JAck Rabbit, until I get to 93 mph then it starts chocking like a Cat throwing up a fur ball. How can I eliminate the limiter they put on these California Trucks. I have been told a chip will not overide the limiter. Any suggestions would be a great help
