Hi,

I have a problem with my electronic 4x4.

There is no power to the switch. Sometimes it comes on and the 4 wheel drives works great.

Can someone with a shop manual scan the 4x4 wiring diagram ( from the switch to the actuator) and either send it to me or post it somewhere?

I would appreciate that.

Thanks

Go to your local Canadian Tire and buy the Haynes manual for the truck for CDN$20 and save the hassle of asking this from now on.

It only 20 bucks and you will use it over and over again.

Hey my lights on the dash work and I can hear the switch on the passenger side engage but the 4 wheel drive is not working, It worked last spring but I hit a deer in May of this year. Right after I got the truck back the selector switch for the defrost floor and cabin area quit working it only blows through the center vents. I seen somewhere in the posts that there is also a vacuum servo that runs the 4x4. Could I have a vacuum issue or is there something else that I should be looking for?

Thanks for any help.

on my 98 S-10 the vacuum servo is right under the battery tray mine had a ripped diaphram,Haynes diagrams are nice but they are certainly nowhere complete. My book only goes uo to 99 or else I'd try to help you.I think there is also a transfer case module involved
