98 Neon Single Cam ATX

I got a busted fuel line going to the fuel rail. I gotta replace it quick but dunno where the fuel cutoff switch is, anyone know? I'll probably feel stupid after hearing the answer, saying to myself, "Damn...I knew that". But as of now I can't find it...help please

unplug battery-you need to bleed the gas line on the fuel rail and open the gas cap. Then you can remove it
