Hopeing to put a bolt-on turbo kit on my 97 Dohc neon... and i am gonna rebuild the engine (its got 95000 miles) what would you recomend me replacing? piston rings, CAM, clutch, etc... ? i can get a turbo for like 2300 so i dont wanna spend much more than 700 on upgrades.. idont wanna put a turbo on and blow my engine 2000 miles later.. (so whats the first to go out on a neon) thanx, Avman

Personally I would recommend getting a new clutch like a clutchmaster stage 1, some srt-4 pistons and rods and that should be close to 700 if not barely over.
