today the audio controls on/behind the steering wheel of my 2000 GC stopped working. Does anyone have experience with this? Any advise on debugging and fixing this problem? Thanks.

I've never heard this complaint. Mine have worked flawlessly since September 1998. I'd have to look, but is there a lone fuse that runs those? Will do some hunting and get back to you.
