2000 Avalon Excessive Wheel Vibration

I have a 2000 Avalon XLS, and recently I have noticed excessive vibration in the steering wheel. I had all the wheels/tires "road-force" tested and everything came out fine in the testing.

The front rotors were warped, and needed replacement (as well as pads), but I still get the excessive vibration when I reach the 65-75mph range.

At first a local shop told me one of my wheels was out of round. Not sure how I bent an aluminum wheel the way I drive. I got a very good deal on a new set of rims, and the problem never went away. What the *!$%@!!!!

Any suggestions? Is anyone else experiencing this sort of problem?

did you have your suspension and your cv boot checked? Have you taken it back to Toyota and had them take a look? Like, literally dropped the car off first thing in the morning and have them go over it with a fine tooth comb, that may be your best bet at this point seeing how you spent so much already.

I have the same vibration. Wheels/tires all check out ok. Dealer found nothing. I will look into cv joints. Any other ideas?

I recently replaced my dry-rotted tires (were on it when I bought it), they also vibrated at certain speeds, since installing 4 new tires it handles smooth and tracks straight. Not sure this is your problem, but hope it helps someone.
