I just replaced the rear brakes on my 2001 Winstar with Pro-Stop Brakes from pepboys.

When I removed the old brakes and put on the new brakes the drum would not go on so I went to pepboys and had the drums cut (figuring that they were thicker than the stock brakes.) I put everything together and drove the car - The rear brakes squeal, loud! Everything seems tight. What can be the problem? Any suggestions? :banghead:
