'89 Blazer Wont Run

Ive got an '89 Blazer S-10 Tahoe 4x4 with a 4.3L, and it wont run. Ive taken the advice of a few mechanics and replaced the Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, TPS, and the Gaskets around the throttle body, and checked for bad grounds. Heres what its doing, I can get it started most of the time, it runs for a few seconds and dies, however, if I pump the gas I can keep it running for a couple minutes, and it also backfires a lot.

Edit: I just went out and checked it again. The new fuel pump is louder than the old, but thats probably just it doing its job unlike the old one, I can hear it when Im in the truck as long as the window is down. Im also getting a code 22, no automotive store has a code 22 in their database, but when I looked it up online it said it was the TPS, thats why I replaced it, but its still giving giving me that code. Im assuming wiring somewhere may be bad, the ECU is bad, or we got a faulty TPS.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Code 22:

Throttle position sensor circuit low voltage (Low signal voltage)

Check for a broken wire coming back from the TPS and take the connection off and make sure it isn't full of corrosion.

Might be better to replace the connector end all together for troubleshooting. It's cheap.
