Ok, I don't know if anyone else has done this, but I noticed that the mileage calculator on my Driver Info Center is about 1-2 mpg higher than my calculations when I do them manually at each fill-up. Has anyone else experienced this at all?

Forgive me for all the stupid questions, I just bought a '04 with the 4.7 and I'm trying to figure out all the quirks.

Everytime iv checked it i get about 1 less then the computer states. Now keep in mined its just a computer programe and is not right on, it does the best it can.

Actually, that is why I have such expectations for it. It could be that the computer computes a rolling average, which may not give readings quite the same as an overall average.
