1996 Jimmy 4.3 L CSEFI
Trouble starting on cold starts. Ignition is OK. Fuel Line pressure OK.
Seems to run lean. Very lean on cold starts. Is there an initial fuel delivery sequence that pulses the injectors? Any suggestions?

Does the fuel pressure hold steady or does it start dropping after the pump quits. If the pressure drops after the pump quits, it could be a problem with the fuel pressure regulator

What makes you think it's running lean at start up ?
