Ok, heres the deal, I have a 1998 sunfire gt 2.4L.
Probably trade it for a 2004 srt4.
What are the cars like and has anybody run into major problems?

If I get a SRT-4 I don't want to be grouped with these types of people.

Why is that an issue?

Some people hide behind the PC screen and that happens on every board including this one.

SRT-4 owners in general are very cool people but not really much better than regular Neon owners, since that's where alot of them came from.

You learn quickly not to click the post that might turn into something inflamatory. Just be smart and look over post using the search feature to keep from getting singled out by somebody. The answer usuallly lies in the FAQ.

Here I have noticed that you guys haven't used .org for most of your questions. Meaning somebody like myself or others that have been long time members of Neons.org to come over here and provide help, answers and information, when you really could have gone over .org and find answers to questions like -

Why my car mis-fires

Will an SRT-4 engine works in a 1st gen?

Can I put an SRT-4 manifold on a SOHC Neon?

etc, etc, etc

I'm a member of SRTforums and haven't had any problems.
