how much is a boost controller? what else can we really do to a turbo? exaust and intake arent suppposed to do that much...
how would white rims look on a blue evo vii? white or silver??

actually, intake and a full 3 inch turbo-back exhaust will do quite a bit. White rims would look okay on a blue evo, but gunmetal would look alot better IMO. You could always build up the internals and boost it all to hell if you want serious HP.
