My 95 neon is having some major problems w/ the electrical system, namley the interior. Sometimes the cd player, gauge lights, and windshield wipers wont work unless I turn the key to acesory for a second. I have since put in a sub and 700 watt amp and the amp turn on also does not work untill I turn the key to accesory first but sometimes if i have the headlights and cd player on and i turn on the windshield wipers everything shuts off for about 10 minutes. All of the fuses are ok and sometimes i dont need to turn on accesory first but most of the time i do. The tachometer also sticks in between 200rpms and 1200rpms when i shut the ignition off. And lastly my dome light doesnt work at all. All of the fuses are good and i just replaced the bulb today and the dome light will not work at all but the key-ding sound that comes on when the key is in and the door is open or the lights are on w/ the door open. Any help would be great, thank you.
