You could possibly try www.car-part.com.

Hopefully U have a Pick-N-Pull or a Pick-apart around you. they seem to be competitive. Wait for 1/2 price weekend or even just get a used 5 speed from them with a warranty. TAHAT's your BEST Bet!!!:-:-)))
hope this helps! The pain and suffering trying to fix it ain't worth it, Friend!
Thanks and Take Care!

hey that site was pretty useful.. although i gotta question, i more than likely am going to have to get a new transmission for my 90 accord, and one mechanic told me that it would cost 2500 dollars, but when i look at average prices of some transmissions online they range from like 200-700 ... is it normal for a new transmission to cost that much? or is there just a lot of labor thats involved that makes it cost an extra 2000 dollars?
