99 1-Ton Dodge Van ABS/Brake light on

Does anyone know how to determine what's causing my ABS and Brake lights to be on? I've checked all the Brake components, No fluid leaks, No Fluid loss, I bled the entire system and still have these lights. It seems to be stopping normally, no ususual behavior. Are these lights reset with an ODB scan tool like the engine light? My scanner does not report on ABS.
Any help is appreciated.

After consulting several other Ram van and pickup threads this turns out to be a fairly common problem. Just to close the loop, and maybe help someone else, I fixed it by replacing the rear ABS speed sensor. This is a small unit that fits into the top of the rear differential housing. I tried someone else's advice and ordered a replacement from http://oemparts4u.com for $37 thinking I would save half the price of buying from a dealer, but it was the wrong part - they seem to have it mis-listed in their catalog. So I ended up going to the dealer and spending $70. If you think this is your problem, you can test the sensor with an ohm meter without even removing it. Just unplug it and measure the resistance between the two connector pins. It should read around 1,800 ohms. Mine was an open circuit. But now the light is off and all is well.

I had the same ABS light/Speedo symptoms on my 91. I took the advice found here and changed the rear wheel speed sensor. It fixed it. No problem now. The old sensor was a little difficult getting out as the area was corroded. A little coaxing solved the problem. New sensor was $43 with tax at the Dodge Dealer

Your '91 must have the earlier version of the rear speed sensor which was mis-cataloged at oemparts4u. The newer vans have a newer part that costs $70. Since I've so many postings of the same problem, I wonder if there is some kind of service bulletin covering this.
