My rear is humming

We just put a new differential in my 88 blazer about 5 or 6 months ago and it makes a loud humming. Im pretty sure that it isnt a problem but I just want to make sure.

Check your U-Joints.

That or you have a bad tire.

When you go from drive to reverse, does it clunk?
